ReliDC provides reliability and asset-management engineering to data-center owners and operators. We sell analysis, method and documented deliverables — not equipment, software licences or monitoring subscriptions.

Independent by construction
We do not resell hardware or software, and we take no vendor commission. A recommendation to keep an asset, change a maintenance strategy or defer a replacement carries no commercial consequence for us.
Standards first, opinion second
Our methods follow ISO 55000/55001/55002, ISO 14224, SAE JA1011/JA1012 and IEC 60812. Where we depart from a standard, we say so and explain why the facility requires it.
Deliverables your team can operate
Every engagement ends in artefacts that live in your systems: registers, task plans, procedures, spares lists and decision records — not a report that ages in a shared drive.
Evidence over assertion
We work from drawings, CMMS data, maintenance history, alarms and physical verification. Where the evidence is thin, we say the analysis is qualitative rather than dressing it as a number.

- Critical power: utility intake, switchgear, generators, fuel systems, UPS and battery, distribution and protection
- Cooling: chillers, pumps, cooling towers, CRAH and CRAC units, CDUs and liquid cooling, water treatment
- Controls: BMS, EPMS, DCIM, protection and interlocking, alarm management
- Life safety: fire detection and suppression, leak detection, emergency systems
- Management systems: CMMS/EAM, maintenance strategy, spares, asset information and ISO 55001 governance
