Your details are used to respond to your enquiry and, where an engagement follows, to administer that engagement. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing purposes.

Enquiry correspondence is retained while it remains relevant to a potential or active engagement, and thereafter for the period required for our legitimate business and record-keeping purposes.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you by emailing us. Where the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance applies, we handle requests in accordance with its requirements.
